Shipping Policy

It may take up to 2-3 business days to process and ship your order after your payment is verified. After that, delivery time within the United States will be displayed at checkout depending on the shipment method you choose. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Exchange Policy

In compliance with U.S. health standards, we are unable to accept returns for undergarments or absorbent materials. Our return policy excludes these items for hygiene reasons.

We do offer exchages. Our policy lasts 10 days after confirmed delivery for an exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If 10 days have gone by since your confirmed delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Novelties
- Hosiery

To complete an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3100 East Imperial Hwy, Suite 1006. Lynwood CA 90262.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 

Exchanges Reserved Rights

La Parisina reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject exchanges from a customer at any time due to:

- An irregular or excessive exchange history
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

Similarly, La Parisina reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

International:

La Parisina is NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees La Parisina requires will be shown to you with the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
